Frozen Pipe Flooding and a Salvaged Floor in Wayne

Our goal at SERVPRO of Wayne is always to try to restore rather than replaced water damaged building elements and contents. The Before Photo depicts clean water from a pipe rupture that soaked the hardwood floorboards of this living area. With our We're Faster To Any Size Disaster slogan being taken to heart, we arrived quickly to extract the standing water and mitigate the damage. True hardwoods have a chance of being salvaged, not like engineered or laminated flooring materials. Our air movers and LGR dehumidifiers are shown working hard for several days, with daily monitoring, to achieve the desired drying goals. Our customer was very pleased and felt "Like it never even happened."
